Justin Dechaine is an independent incorporated resource specializing in remote workforce solutions.
He has a decade of experience working for many different telecommunication and call centre focused companies throughout North America. Some of his clients and past employers include AT&T, IBM, Convergys, Neiman Marcus, Investors Group and others.
His primary emphasis is bridging the gap between Telecommunication Systems and the operational side of the business. He keeps up to date on many current and future technologies such as VoIP, Workforce management, Crystal Reports and remote workforces. He has experience with administrating several different technology platforms including Nortel and Avaya and is currently working on becoming a ceritifed project manager.
